This sale will be broadcast LIVE on the Internet via
www.Livecattlesales.com. You may also BID on (and ultimately purchase) a sale animal over the Internet according to the following Terms & Conditions:
- The Conditions of Sale and all other information put forth in the printed Sale Catalog will also apply to Online Bidders.
- A 5% Online Buyers Fee will be added to all purchases made via the webcast of this sale (online bidding).
- Online Buyers must pay by one of the following methods:
- Pre-approved credit card (see the form Request to Purchase by Check or Credit Card in this catalog). A 48 hour “hold” will be applied by the Sale Company to your credit card on April 12. If your purchase is successful (i.e. you are the final bidder) and you are paying by credit card, your card will be charged immediately following the last bid.
- An online bidder not paying by credit card must contact his bank directly and request an Irrevocable Letter Of Credit from his bank equal to or greater than the amount intended to bid. The Irrevocable Letter of Credit must be mailed to the Breeder’s Choice Sales Company and received the Breeder’s Choice Sales Company no later than 9:00am Wednesday, April 11, 2007. Faxed copies are not accepted. Payment for online purchases made by this method must be received by Breeder’s Choice Sales Company by check or by wire transfer no later than 1:00pm on Friday, April 13.
- DEADLINE to register to bid online is 9:00am Wednesday, April 11. Customers wishing to bid online MUST be pre-approved. To expedite your approval, fax, prior to sale day: (1) the completed Request to Purchase by Check or Credit Card found in this catalog and (2) a copy of your Driver’s License, to Gina Stopher 903-429-5303. Gina’s phone number is 940-727-3589. (Remember: you must be approved with an Irrevocable Letter of Credit or an approved Credit Card to bid online.)
- THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CARE AND TRANSPORTATION OF THE ANIMAL AFTER PURCHASING IS THAT OF THE BUYER. IF NO ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE, THE ANIMAL(S) WILL BE RETURNED TO SELLER FOR CARE, CUSTODY & CONTROL AT BUYER’S RISK. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL EXPENSES INCURRED BY THE ANIMAL(S).
